Terms of Service

Anceta is operated from Quebec, Canada, by the owner of anceta.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, write to us before you rely on it.

1. What Anceta is

Anceta reads new Solana memecoins from the blockchain as they launch, records their traits, scores them and shows which earlier coins they resemble and what happened to those. It is pattern analysis, not financial advice. Similar coins can behave differently. Anceta never tells you what to buy or sell, never predicts prices, and never says that a coin or a person is a scam: it shows resemblances to coins that rugged.

Anceta never holds, sends or signs anything on your behalf. Signing in with a wallet is a signature that proves you own it; no transaction is ever built or asked for. Paying in crypto is a transfer you make yourself, from your wallet to ours.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • One account per person. Keep your password, codes and API keys to yourself; what happens with them is on you. Tell us at once if you think someone else got in.
  • Give a real email address if you want receipts, reminders and recovery. A wallet-only account works without one, but we can't reach you.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the account page. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept afterwards and why.

3. Plans, trial and billing

  • Prices are in US dollars and shown on the plans page: Base (the web app) and Pro (the web app, instant, plus the RugUAV extension). Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
  • The free 14-day trial starts with a card, once per person and once per card. Nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, the plan you chose (Base or Pro) is charged to that card automatically and renews each month until you cancel; cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. We email you 3 days and 1 day before the first charge, with the price.
  • A card plan is billed monthly and renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page ("Plans and billing"): access continues to the end of the paid month and nothing more is charged.
  • A crypto payment (USDC or SOL on Solana) buys one month and never renews by itself. We remind you before it ends.
  • If a price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
  • Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

4. Fair use

  • Your plan and your API keys are personal. Don't share them, resell Anceta's data, or scrape the site or the API beyond what the product offers.
  • Don't try to break in, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. We refund the unused part of a paid period when the closure is our decision and not a breach on your side.

5. Availability and changes

Anceta reads a live blockchain through third-party infrastructure. We work to keep it running around the clock, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, complete coverage of every launch, or that a score is right. Features may change; if a change removes something you paid for, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the period.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Anceta is provided as is. We are not liable for trading losses or for decisions made with the information shown. Our total liability for a paid plan is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Quebec or of your country, including the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec.

7. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada. Questions, notices and complaints go to [email protected]. We may update these terms; the date at the top says when, and we email account holders about changes that matter.
